Thank you for supporting our independent clothing brand! We dedicate ourselves to handling and packing your order with care.
Please review our shipping guidelines, timeframes, and terms below:

1. Order Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding QLD public holidays).
  • Order Modifications: Please contact us via email within 2 hours of placement if you need to correct your address details. Once a parcel is shipped, the delivery address cannot be change. 
  • 2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes (Within Australia)
    We ship nationwide using tracked services via Australia Post or partner couriers. [1, 2]

    Express Tracked $15.00 Flat Rate 1 to 3 business days (Metro)

    • Note: Delivery windows are carrier estimates. Peak holiday seasons (November–December) or unexpected weather disruptions may lengthen delivery times. 
    3. Tracking Your Order
    • You will receive an automated dispatch email containing a tracking link as soon as your parcel is lodged with the carrier.
    • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier network.
    4. Delivery & Safe Drop (Authority To Leave)
    • All standard domestic shipments are booked with Authority to Leave (ATL).
    • If nobody is home, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe, weatherproof spot on the premises.
    • If there is no safe place available, the parcel will be redirected to your nearest local post office or holding depot for collection.
    • Our business is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as successfully delivered. 
    5. International Shipping
    • New Zealand: Flat rate of $18.00 AUD (Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days).
    • Rest of World: Flat rate of $30.00 AUD (Estimated delivery: 10 to 21 business days).
    • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may attract local duties or taxes depending on the destination country. These extra charges are fully the responsibility of the customer.
